Randy Hale '85

Randy Hale was born and raised in Bryan, Texas and attended Texas A&M University. He received a BBA in Accounting in 1985 and began his career at Arthur Andersen & Co. in Houston.

Randy founded Rock Hill Capital in 2007 and serves as its Managing Director. Prior to founding Rock Hill, he served as an Executive Vice President and a Director of Equus Capital Management Corporation, a Houston-based investment management firm. Randy was also Co-Founder and Executive Chairman of ConGlobal Industries, Inc., a privately-owned service company in the shipping and logistics industry. He is also an active investor and founder of several other private businesses. He currently serves as a director for several public and private corporations, is the Past President of the Houston Venture Capital Association and an active member of the Association for Corporate Growth.

Randy has been active in the Houston community and has served as a Director of several charitable organizations. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of Boys and Girls Country of Houston, as a Trustee of the Boys & Girls Country Endowment Fund, as a Director for the Houston Museum of Natural Science, and a Director of the Houston Museum of Natural Science Endowment. He is also on the Board of Directors of River Oaks Country Club of Houston.

Randy has been an active supporter of Texas A&M academics and athletics for a number of years. He established a Permanently Endowed 12th Man Scholarship in 1998 and was a supporter of the Kyle Field Redevelopment project. Randy and his wife, Tracy, have three children: Alex '17, Hannah '19 and Kate '29.
